Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, want to charge me and nickel and dime me for something temu said I didn't have to pay for telling me I have to buy a box when it didn't come in a box, sold me the wrong size box and wouldn't give me a refund for it when requested. This store has some serious customer service issues , no accomodations whatsoever for a paying customer

I had a remarkable customer service experience today. It seemed as though everything that could go wrong was determined to do just that, then I arrived at the UPS Store where it appeared to continue until the young woman behind the counter with the pretty nails came to my rescue. Did I mention it was closing time? Nonetheless she took my phone that was boycotting my requests and convinced it that cooperation was the order of the day. On her own time she took care of my orders with kindness and patience.

Jade came to the rescue this evening. I was so grateful for her help. She's an excellent communicator. She also has a calm presence. She got me the best price for what I needed and made sure the item I was shipping was sent in a sturdy box (that was also a great price). Now my client will get what they ordered ahead of the upcoming holiday. Great news all around.

Rent goes up and up and up. As of this writing it's almost $200 for the smallest box, and on top of that... They now charge a fee for receiving packages IN ADDITION to charging rent on the box. Every renewal is a new cash grab.
Renewing your box lease has always been a hassle, filling out a myriad of different forms and insisting on keeping copies of sensitive documents on file, not a fan. Renewal cannot be done online, you MUST show up in person.
Customer service has been pretty good, I've only had issues with folks that are no longer employees so at least they trim out the bad apples.
I bear no animosity toward the employees here, they're doing their best within the rules and guidance from their superiors... It's the owners that are terrible and UPS that tolerates it.
If you were thinking of renting a box here, expect the above.

Today I had some legal documents that I needed notarized and scanned to make a digital file . Erin was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the process , and got it done for me quickly and efficiently . Both associates working (Erin and Luis ) served all of the patrons with a smile , and it was obvious that they care about their jobs and our community. Erin even shared facts about our town , as my husband and I are new to the area!! We felt very welcome

I can’t say enough how awesome and amazing the team of Doug, Lilly, Raul, Jade, Tabatha, Luis and Erin are at this location. They treat me like I’m a valued customer! I always look forward to walking in to their store because I know they are going to put a smile on my face. Their store is super clean. They work very efficiently and they work well under pressure. Thank you so much for being positive and taking great care of me. It’s much appreciated!!
