Of course every small business has limitations, these aren't flaws of the business.The complaints also seem ridiculous; "more than one document notarized" probably means they had 10 mortgage documents that were not prepared (I've seen it firsthand doing business here for years)"Racist" when this place is all inclusive and welcoming to all people, even those who don't do business there.'Notarized me document is a language you can't read' - despite the Oregon Secretary of State prohibiting that.The smell - really? It smells great in there.Come on now. Instead of complaining, find a solution for yourself and move on.If they don't offer a service you need, remember that you're an adult and have means of finding who does.I'll keep giving my business here!”

“Update: on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at about 6:30 PM. A hobo was in the lobby stealing USPS cardboard boxes. Don’t know if he was trying to break into the lockers like last time. If you are a woman, do not go to the post office alone at night as it could be dangerous… old review: This is an awesome post office. Can’t understand all the negative reviews, the staff are polite, service is excellent, and they’ve only lost one package in 10 years! Way better than UPS which smashes your packages. Having been a government employee myself, I know how hard it is to keep a positive attitude, especially when the public is always criticizing you. Don’t believe all the haters. The folks at VENETA post office do a wonderful job.”

“I've been using EM for well over a year now. I have disabilities that make it difficult for me to be in public places so I am very grateful for the courteous patience and kindness of the staff at this location (TY Tasha!). I appreciate the services EM provides (for example a timely email notifying me when a package or delivery arrives for my box), and reasonable prices (I live on a limited income). I wish I had known about this service when I first moved here in 2017. I spent a wretched 5 years dealing with the insufferable cruel local Post Office's fu's and absolute indifferent regard to its careless postal services (exmpl among many: refusing federally approved program to provide PO Boxes for those who cannot receive delivery at their place of residence), mail delivery (exmpl among many: returning federal court legal mail), and humiliating, rude and hang ups from customer service. So I want to say how impressed I am with EM owner's calm and concerned responses to the few hostile reviews at other locations, even when the anger appears to be warranted. His replies are all so professional. I always read reviews before I buy or use a business's services, and I've been appalled at some of the awful unprofessional responses by other business owners in Eugene (ex: Cascade Garden Equipment), so this owner's attitude was a really welcomed and appreciated. (And, no. I don't know him, or ever met him.) Thank you Eugene Mailbox!”
