“Anna and Mackenzie were absolutely amazing! I came in way too close to closing with an absurd number of boxes, and they were able to help me condense them down to be a less expensive shipment and smaller number, using the flat rate boxes.
They helped with everything with a smile, despite there also being an end of day rush as I was unloading everything. They are phenomenal and made a stressful shipment so easy! Thank y'all so much!!”

“Moved our kid cross country for college, and they were instrumental for us! Because you can't ship to dorms before move in, and we didn't have any local address to ship to (big box stores only hold online orders for 24-48 hours), they were able to accept all our amazon and store orders for shipping ahead of our flight cross country, which was everything for us! They were super friendly and helpful. They also had notary services if your out of state kid needs powers of attorney or other legal documents notarized. Highly recommend!!!”

“I had 2 chores. Send a package and go to another store that I knew to have birthday cards. Happily, FedEx sells holiday and bday cards! Some were very amusing like the one I sent my son. That was nice! I was saved another 1/2 mile walk! I showed the card to the clerk and she got a kick out of it, too. Good people, good services, lifes necessities!.”

“After 4 days, 4 emails and 5 phone calls worth of complete frustration with getting the wrong shipping address corrected with Staples and FedEx Corporate, the people at the local center were so friendly and so helpful in righting that wrong. While they likely cant fix every problem, they were able to take care of my problem immediately. -Absolutely fantastic people there. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.”
