“I went in there with 4 big boxes, i was shipping them from oregon to texas. I arrived by taxi, with open boxes to ship. They had a cart ready for me to use to bring my boxes in. The clerk weighed and measured each box, i offered to buy tape so I could take the boxes to closed.But the clerk said that he would handle it. He questioned me about some of the conditions of the boxes and I answered them so that he knew just how he had taped them up. About a week later my box is arrived at my sisters unharmed.”

We were out of the building five minutes before my scheduled appointment. Made the appointment online and received plenty of communication about which documents I needed to bring, as well as a reminder of the appointment early this morning. The website stated that the appointment would be about 15 minutes, but we were in the office for maybe five.”
