“The white paint went over the dark red semi gloss painted wall very well. It took a few coats, but good coverage and no smell! We mixed a low ratio of water to the powered paint , so as to make make a thick creamy consistency. We will have to use a regular no VOC paint (Ecos) to finish it off.But the red is gone!”
