Attentive, responsive care. Kind practitioners who listen and RESPOND! Jennifer Moss, NP is helpful, takes time with her patients and is easy to get into see. I also have had good (limited) experiences with the other practitioners there. Highly recommend!

Cindy is awesome. Cares about the whole family not just the patient. Wait times are very short. Very responsive to messages in the portal. If we go to the ED she has her office call to make sure we have a followup appointment if needed. I highly recommend her!!!

I have been a patient at AFP for nearly twenty years. I receive excellent care, diagnosis and treatment. All the staff are easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional.
