The staff are very helpful, going above and beyond to recommend books, and they are noted for amazing communication as a great team. For online orders, the packaging is great with careful attention to little details to protect books, even for international shipping, and they follow written instructions. However, some long-time customers note that prices are marked up to top dollar, making real deals less common, and credit given for traded books can be a point of unhappiness. Despite this, many express loyalty to buying local and highly recommend the store for its selection and atmosphere.

This is a perfect bookstore. Some used books, some new, some old and charming. The range of sections is amazing, and there are comfy chairs scattered about, so you can sit a spell and see what you really want to take home. Just fantastic. A must!
