Some of the problems that I have presented to staff were so unique that it drew the attention of multiple employees. Never once in the 14 years since I purchased my home has staff not had an answer, or in the worst scenarios were able to point me in the right direction. Although I don't want to know how much money I have spent there over the years, it has been worth every penny.”

I only paid for ground shipping and left a note to let them know that I needed it in a few days.They physically highlighted my note on the packing slip and shipped it via Priority Mail!
