“Stayed in cottage #14. King bed and two queens in a separate room. For an adult, teen, and elderly uncle. Clean and excellent touches that made it super comfortable- neatly folded towels, cutely arranged cutlery, and lovely extra touches. The cabana was extremely worth it and the kitchen was well appointed. The pool was warm and the staff extremely friendly. Really nice private sitting area outside and the shower was divine. Will definitely be back.”

“My friend and I stayed at the Bayberry Inn for the third year in a row because we enjoy returning each year. The Inn is cozy, intimate, and welcoming with several beverages available at all times. The breakfasts which Jacqui provides are not only delicious and unique, but she tailors them to anyone who has dietary needs. Sitting around the breakfast table with guests from different locations is most enjoyable and entertaining. The Bayberry Inn is located a half a mile from Ashland’s town center allowing us to leave our car parked, most of the time, and walk into town to shop and see shows. Our Bayberry room and private bath is lovely and has a microwave as well as a small refrigerator. We have already reserved our room for next year because we enjoy the Bayberry Inn so very much. Jacqui is an excellent host.”

“Favorite place to stay in Ashland ! Anna and Brian are so welcoming and such great cooks and bakers . The rooms are very comfortable and the interior design is charming.This time the weather was nice enough to lounge outside - and there is plenty of space to sit and read or have a cup of coffee. Can't wait to come and stay again !”

“Another wonderful stay at Peerless! This gorgeous boutique hotel is absolutely lush with fancy antique decor, huge bathtubs, comfortable beds, and all the amenities you could ask for. The tiny staff is off site, but they're communicative and helpful and they keep the place spotless. There's also a gorgeous public sitting room with coffee and tea, and a sweet little garden with a beautiful little fountain. We will always stay at the Peerless, and we recommend you do too!”

“We stayed in the Studio for one night in order to catch "The Tempest" playing at the very walkable Shakespeare Festival. The pictures on the website don't do this little gem justice. The space is so much more than a "studio." There's a sitting area, a small living room, a dining table, a "kitchen area" with coffee, microwave, and full sized refrigerator, plus a bathroom. The bedroom has its own doors that close, which we love because we never sleep at the same time. Anyway, this spot is amazing. And Donna treated us just like upscale Airbnb guests; always available by text. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.”

Great host that responds immediately to any question and/or issue. Have stayed here the last two years creating memories with old friends. So comfortable it feels like “home”. We will reserve again.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the way the inside of the rooms looked, they all have been updated and they were very nice inside, not too mention the manager was very helpful, Jim had the heater on in the room and everything was clean and the price was very reasonable, almost to good to be true especially for the location. It's too bad there weren't any good plays this year, normally one of my favorite things to do, but that has nothing to do with the motel .I love the idea of having a place to cook because I am picky about the food I can eat and I love to cook:) so definitely a plus. Not to mention I was able to have a room with a bathtub and they even had a BBQ that we were able to borrow. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to rent for a night or definitely a extended vacation. They really care about the guests and our experience with them and not to mention there is a on site laundry room that is not coin operated which I think is a huge plus, I really appreciate everything they did for us and will keep this place as a favorite for Ashland. Thank you so much for your generosity and help during our stay ❤️ ? ♥️”

“We’ve been coming to Ashland for 20 years and we don’t look around for a B&B anymore because this is our absolute favorite after trying at least 10 others . They’ve all been wonderful but the owner here is so personable and the property and the food are hard to beat . This is our perfect oasis . “I stopped here for the night on a road trip and was impressed. It was much nicer than I expected. I wish I'd had more time to enjoy the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. It's in a nice, residential area that feels safe and quiet. There are places to eat within easy walking distance. The breakfast was just ok, but saved me another stop on my trip. The reception staff were friendly and professional.”

Short walk to downtown and Oregon Shakespeare Festival theaters. We've stayed there many times and will return.”

“This hotel is a rare treat. The views of the hills, and the lush hotel grounds were so beautiful and well maintained. It was tasteful and clean. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. I appreciated the bathroom design! With a full vanity outside of the bathroom which also had a full vanity. There was a big open closet and two folding luggage racks, very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well, it was lovely. I appreciated the glass cups and ceramic coffee mugs too. My only complaint was the coffee maker was broken. I kindly made the front desk aware for future guests. The upside was there was a coffee bar in the lobby with espresso, though we obviously paid for that. I would recommend this hotel and stay again!”

“The room was bigger than expected, and everything looked recently upgraded. Outside is very plain, but inside - wow. Very comfortable bed. It's always great to have a fridge a desk and a chair. Appreciated the bench very much. And there is a terrific breakfast place RIGHT NEXT DOOR! We walked to the Oregon Shakespeare festival each evening - a mile walk, but worth it. We got great value for the money, absolutely - more than we expected. I wish the pool had been open - other hotels had their pool open. I know Oregon isn't a very friendly state, and I try not to expect a smile with service, I really do... but I sure wish people would make me feel like they were happy to see me when I give them business.”

“If you haven't visited the new Marina, you are missing out. This is a better sailing lake as the winds can interfere with skiing. There is a sailing yacht club that has been here over 50 years and they offer sailboat instruction in the early spring on small boats with safety in mind! Early morning fishing is awesome, the parks service is responsive and very helpful when emergencies arise, the camp hosts are very courteous, respectful, and maintain a 10pm quiet time. The store restaurant is minimal (menu is not anything like it used to be. Most food is fried and eggs come out of a container. they still have chips, ice cream and cold beverages with a few camping supplies.) no beer or alcoholic beverages sold.”

“Nobody was at the front desk. Had to check in at a digital kiosk with a screen and a live person in the Philippines. That went smoothly. But I requested an upstairs room when I booked through Booking.com and also emailed the motel. Was given keys to 216 which is actually on the ground floor. Dark terrible, single queen room. The lamp was broken, the room was small, smelled funny, furniture not updated and window had actual shutters not curtains, that flapped noisily above the loud older air conditioner. I went back to the kiosk and asked for an upstairs room. First she said all were booked. But I asked for a free upgrade due to broken lamp and she gave us keys to 307 and it was great! Clean bright and updated. Bigger bathroom. Has a view. Single standard queen which was what we paid for, but lightyears better than 216 which should not be booked until it's updated.”

“Excellent stay Check in was easy with Sky. The bed was clean and comfortable The room was large and serene. The aspect of being able to use the hottub and pool 24/7 was awesomely wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, hot and filling. The dining area was clean and tidy. All the staff were wonderful. Definitely a great place to stay.”

“This place was excellent. The staff are amazing and it's a cozy place to stay. There was an ac, mini fridge and even a microwave. The price is great as well! It is right across I5 next to downtown Ashland and close to the lake. I couldn't hear the hwy at all inside the hotel. I wouldn't recommend reservations through the website as it can cause some confusion.”
