“Despite being close to the airport, it was very quiet at night so we got a good night's sleep.
The room was clean and quite big compared to other hotels/motels we had stayed in before.
We also used the kitchen in the room, which was great for us. Be aware that there are no pots or other kitchenware on the kitchen. You might get them from the receptionist, we just used our own.
The hotel also offers a guest laundry (4$ per wash), which we also used.
We felt very safe in the hotel and can definitely recommend it.”

“This hotel is a bit outdated in terms of room and decor but it's clean and functional. The location is near an airport in a quiet industrial area. Plenty of parking. No breakfast though. I noticed a lot of workers that stay here with their heavy equipment so be aware. It's a decent value if you are just passing through.”

“The hotel is extremely clean! The staff was wonderful, polite, understanding and very friendly. The hotel's indoor pool & hot tub was clean and easy to get to and use. The breakfast was huge and amazing and had options for everyone! The rooms were comfortable and spacious with a desk and mini fridge. The beds were nice, and the room was very clean. They had pictures of local areas hung in the room and within the hotel. Our room even had little flowers made on the toilet paper - which my kiddo absolutely loved!! The bathroom was also very clean, and had the bathroom staples like shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer and ample towels for our family - they even had shoe shine wipes in the room! The staff...they are fantastic. Every single one of them was so nice and seemed to truly enjoy being there and us being there! Thank you for a wonderful and great stay! We will definitely stay here again if we come to Medford again!”

“This location was quiet, clean, and close to a lot of eateries. There is also a place to get food on the premises. This place is well maintained. Pets are also allowed with their own grassy area with doggy bags supplied. Great for overnight, or longer.”

“My go to place when flying out of Medford. Super convenient.
About two years ago they started charging for parking....what a joke. No purpose other than to stick it to their customers. Bummer, but they know I will be back.”

“We stay here often. The staff is always kind and helpful, and if there are any issues, they work to fix them. There are minor repair issues in some rooms but it's to be expected at ANY motel.

The property is quieter lately since they have worked to keep trouble away. There is less activity around here at night than there used to be which is nice when you want to sit outside and enjoy the warm evening and a nice smoke without worrying about trouble.

All in all, it's our go-to Motel. At this price, I'd rather stay at this Motel than any other. Great staff, great location close to stores and restaurants, and all around a great stay.”

“You get your value's worth, which is a good one, especially for a 2-star hotel. Also really glad it's non-smoking.

Edit: We we're leaving and then met Mario, he has the sweetest of souls.”

“Great atmosphere. Light and clean rooms. Free coffee in the lobby. Nice restaurant. I wish the dinner menu had more choices, but it was nice to stop into after a long travel day.”

“Overall a solid Hilton experience. Rooms were clean, location was convenient, and service was quick. A couple caveats to the experience however. The keycards for the rooms were rather spotty, particularly on the back door to the parking lot. Also (and maybe this is only a weekend thing), room service isn’t offered unless specifically requested. The breakfast, which typically boasts a solid continental selection, didn’t have all the options a typical Hilton owned hotel would. Also, food runs out about 30 minutes before breakfast ends. Final note: there’s a pool but no hot tub. For most this isn’t a deal-breaker, but good to be aware of. All this yapping about its faults may be convincing you this hotel sucks. It doesn’t. The gym was large enough for a solid workout, and most every Hilton hotel is a very good experience. A good spot to be!”

“Comfortable, quiet, peaceful. On-site restaurant and full bar. Friendly, helpful staff. Older hotel, but with that old school welcoming feel.
Priced exceptionally.”

“I must say from the time of check in I was greeted by a very pleasent and friendly lady didnt get her name but she was very kind didnt mind helping you if she could. When i got too room it was a little hot due too sun beating thru the window wish they would leave ac on too keep room cool during the summer. Other then that the rooms are very clean and spotless of any dirt. I felt very comfortable here that after i ate i feel asleep rite away and slept all nite will stay again”

“I've been staying here for years. Never have had a complaint. It's clean, quiet close to shopping, food and fuel. And reasonable$. Very nice owner and have always done upgrades. Oh, and my favorite part, covered parking numbered and directly in front of your room!”

“I feel this hotel deserves much better reviews. It often gets overlooked because it is not by the main freeway and people tend to stay at the other larger properties south.

This property is very well located! You are walking distance of a Winco, a local Farmers market, a food truck park, a great Asian restaurant, the public library and it's fantastic store, the comic book and game shop, and to the other side is downtown with plenty of places to eat.

It is a safe location and the rooms are very convenient.

But the best part is Rocky and Sheela who are very dedicated and manage this property very well. They are very open to your suggestions and will act diligently when you need something. It is thanks to people like them that Medford is a safe and healthy place. They are hard workers and conscious people.”

“Of all the hotels we saw in the area, this looked the best. Can't vouch for the rest, but this place was awesome. Staff was friendly, rooms clean and updated. Breakfast was tasty and filling. If I'm staying or passing through Medford again, I'd stay here without doubt”

“I think your staff is wonderful. I constantly interact with Zach, Serenity & Avena. I've dealt with Brianna a couple of times. They are always friendly, pleasant & welcoming . The staff is always helpful & accommodating. I look forward to my stays there. Your kitchen staff does a great job with breakfast. I'll be back on June 12. Always a pleasure staying there.

“This horizon inn has a very charming look. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and very sweet. She acted like she really cared about us and having a good room. The room itself was okay except for two things. One- the electrical was really weird and there were no plug-ins beside the bed on the table between the beds. There was one plug-in on the wall but it only worked if the overhead light was on. So we had to screw out the light bulbs on the overhead light just to make the plug-in work. Also, the bed was very very firm and I prefer it not to be hard as a rock. But it's a really cute place to stay and there's a black bear diner right close to it eating out.”

“That was very considerate, enjoyed the Lifeguard at the pool calling the kids to go down the water slide. He was responsive to our needs grabbed towels and handed them to us as we walked in. Enjoyed our evening in the pool and hot tub. Front desk staff give us a couple extra pillows. Overall enjoy your stay”

“For those of you who are booking rooms through third parties, you should know that this used to be a fairly nice motel. But since the fires.burned through our area and left thousands homeless this motel was purchased by the city to house it's homeless population and it sits right next to the city park where all the homeless hang out. Not that there's Nothing wrong with most of these people. But there are quite a few mixed in with the good ones that arent people you wanna be around. Unless you're looking to buy/sell drugs or to get your things stolen that is.. I didn't even know they still rent rooms. But I would stay away from this place..”

“The rooms were ideal for business travel — spacious, clean, and equipped with a good work desk. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful sleep after long days”

“Typical 2 star place. Rough exterior, worn and dated interior.

The good: my car windows were not bashed out, shower had hot ish water, and didn’t see any roaches. It was a cheap place to sleep on my travels.

Exterior has someone outside smoking 24/7

Safety: When I parked I had a sketchy dude try to get me to roll down my window. Wasn’t having none of that!”
