“The only downside is the neighboring properties. However all you need to know is the name Brian. Brian will check you in and make sure that you have everything you need for everything and where the discount meals are at and what the Wi-Fi code is and he'll program it in your phone for you and when you get back from the hospital at 10:00 at night and the key doesn't work he comes running down to get you into your room. The room itself is her hardwood floor a nicely remodeled bathroom it's got the mini fridge the microwave the coffee pot air conditioner for the price I paid which was $68 this is a very nice room and you cannot beat the service that you can get from Brian and the rest of the staff. And the absolute best part if you're doing anything at Asante medical center it's three blocks away. That's an easy peasy commute. If I have to come up here again for Asante work I will definitely stay at this hotel again no problem hands down.”

“I enjoyed staying here. My experience has always been good with Fairfield, but this hotel was even better than most due to updated rooms. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned, and everything was very nice looking. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to those traveling through.”

“After working a long shift and being unable to get home an hour away due to winter storm, we booked a room late at night no problem, check in was quick, staff friendly and pleasant.Room was well equipped for needs and lightly, but tastefully decorated.Assigned a quiet room to get some much needed rest and hot shower.Quick breakfast available with pool and hot tub.Great place for cheap.Thank you Comfort Inn”

The bath tub all the way to the floorsI was actually able to walk with white socks and they didn't get dirty at allIf your looking for a view this isn't your place.Also 24 grocery store literally right behind the hotel and great prices for such a nice place”

“I’ll start with the bad. Felt like a budget hotel for sure. They just installed some holders for the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom but there was still piles of drywall debris on the ground that they never cleaned up. The bed would make a loud clunking noise anytime you sat down on it. Bottom floor has a strong chlorine smell, which is expected since it’s next to the pool, the food from the bar was just “ok” nothing special. Had the pasta and it felt like it was a little small for the price you’re paying.As for the good, breakfast was great. It was simple but I did enjoy what they had very much. Was able to get full for about $16 a person I think.The service was phenomenal, the front desk was friendly, the people running breakfast were polite. I don’t remember her name but it starts with a D, short gal. She was our bartender the night we got there and she did an outstanding job and went well beyond what we would expect. I wasn’t a fan of the hotel rooms themselves and wouldn’t come back for that. However I would definitely come back knowing this Rockstar works there and is willing to take care of any needs you have and have a good conversation with. Keep her! If she doesn’t work there anymore then you really messed up.”

“The one thing missing from our room was a chair that I could lean back in. There was a comfortable short back chair. I have a back condition that prevents me from lying in bed for several hours. Normally there has been a larger accent, or living room occasional chair that I can support my back and head with.Nearby activities: This stay was a medical visit for my husband's surgery. The close and convenient location to the hospital and several other medical facilities has always been a plus.”

“I couldn't be more displeased with the stay on Monday the 15th. I came in from North Carolina late. First I was checked into a room 203 that was being occupied by another guest or uncleaned. I informed the desk and came down and was moved To room 404. Where the TV and Internet are not working. And, the toilet is running and will not flush. Something I didn't notice until the middle of the night.I had to fill the garbage can to flush the toilet. I called repeatedly to the front desk but no answer. I was counting on staying here on my way back through from business. However, I don't think I will put myself through this again.After using a bucket to flush down my waste, and no one responding to calls to the front desk. I took the take cover off this morning and located something plastic wedged under the flapper.Nothing worse than having to troubleshoot a toilet at a hotel.”

Recently, my battery died in the parking lot and the lady at the front desk(forgot her name) helped me to get it started. She did not have to do that and I was incredibly grateful.We will always choose to stay there when we're flying out of Medford.”

“We checked in for several days while visiting family. The room was very, very clean, and it was quiet. I had two interactions with the front desk staff and they were kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing I might add is that the TVs in the rooms are small and dated, but we didn't use them.I did request housekeeping one day, and I came back that afternoon to a very clean room once again.I'll definitely choose this location when I return next year!”

“Very friendly staff; nice stay. Our room and public areas were extremely clean. The room had everything we needed. Comfy bedsThe breakfast was probably one of the best we have ever had for a hotel breakfast. Large selection of everything. Good coffee too. Only negative at all was some shady characters around the parking lot. We just took our valuables inside, and lock the car. We also parked close to the front door of the motel. Next morning, everything was fine. We had had a good nights sleep, and our stomachs were full ready to travel again. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed for one night in late June this year en route to return from a road trip. We were tired. The overall vibe was friendly: +There was a woman on the second floor down from our room who had lovely potted plants outside her door. She was apparently a longer term tenant. +There were a couple of guys working on a car in an area that made it a bit difficult to park, but they recognized the issue, apologized, and cleared it away as soon as they could. I agree with Lee H's review note, stating that the 4 star rating is based on expectations for a $50 room. "Not saying it's a 4-star hotel, but for the price [we] would stay there again."”

I explained our non emergency situation to the hotel and they communicated with Expedia to give me a full refund with no feeds.
