The store is clean and well organized with a great variety of products. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. Self-service tubs are well maintained, with a door and a perfect height for a comfortable bathing experience. Shampoo, towels, apron and a quiet dryer are provided. Walkâins are welcome and the facility is easy to use. The dryer is extremely quiet, making a relaxing experience for dog. Customer definitely recommend this pet store and will absolutely be back.

I've had two wonderful experiences here. The first time I came to browse. A staff person gave me cat food samples my cat loved. The second time I came up from Mt. Shasta and got delayed.
