What makes Butler worthy of 5 stars is the team of people coordinating one sale. Eric Edgar was relentlessly working on getting the best interest rate while Joel Nickerson was trying to keep the monthly payment within my comfort zone. When that was accomplished I ended up in Ken's office. He was a delight to work with as I sealed the deal. A few signatures later I was I was greeted by Rocky & Matthew.
