“Rudi is wonderfully incredible! We had an emergency..a gas leak! He cared enough for our safety to fit us in right away. His prices are fair. He is honest and a bonus..he has a great sense of humor. He explained everything to us, was very patient with us too. Even though we live four hours away..we are hoping we can get to Ashland again so he can work on our car again. Our ten year old car is now driving like new. He called a taxi for us immediately and was kind the entire time. He made a difficult situation so much easier for us! You get to pet his two adorable dogs also. Go to Rudi's..you will be so glad you did! He is experienced not only as a mechanic, but with customer relations also. We hope to see Rudi not too far in the future!”

“I’ve been taking my Subaru(s) to Dan for over a decade. He’s so knowledgeable, excellent at what he does and very fair pricing! Heather in the front office is also amazing and very knowledgeable. They’ve gone above and beyond for me. Best auto mechanic I’ve ever had—thank you Dan!”

“Super folks to deal with! I had never had an accident before that required me to file an insurance claim. I was surprised and delighted that both the estimator and the manager helped me navigate the process, talk me through all options, told me what to expect from the insurance company, and took care of contact with the insurer. They made sure I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the repair before I left with the repaired car. They went over and beyond. I am so glad I decided on Butler Collision for the repair!”

“My son's 1996 4runner broke down near the California border and we had it towed to Southern Oregon Automotive at the recommendation of the towing company. They were able to diagnose the problem (blown engine) and were kind enough to let us leave the vehicle with them for nearly a week as we worked out towing arrangements for getting it home. They did provide us with a cost to install a new motor (which was reasonable, BTW), but we decided to hold off on doing any work on it for now. They were super responsive, respectful and accommodating. If I was local, I would use them for all my auto repair needs.”

“Esteban at Butler Acura helped me buy a ZDX, I came in from Spokane at 8:30 on Saturday and was on my way in the new car by 10:30 AM driving back to Spokane. Great service, accurate trade in value, great price on the ZDX and Esteban made sure everything was ready and that I could get back on the road. Fantastic experience.”

“Adam was sooo good to us. Called him up on Saturday before Labor Day with a request to check out our Chevy truck, which had a check engine light on. He told us to bring it in and he'd plug in to check the engine code. Ended up being a glow plug, which we can have done any time. Got us back on our travels up the Oregon coast. Definitely recommend this place for servicing your vehicle.”

“Yesterday I bought a Bronco from Butler Ford in Ashland. I wrote a review while I was waiting for the finance team to finish their paperwork and I left out some key people. What makes Butler worthy of 5 stars is the team of people coordinating one sale. Eric Edgar was relentlessly working on getting the best interest rate while Joel Nickerson was trying to keep the monthly payment within my comfort zone. When that was accomplished I ended up in Ken's office. He was a delight to work with as I sealed the deal. A few signatures later I was I was greeted by Rocky & Matthew. Together they helped me download the new Ford app on my phone all the while Micheal in detail was finishing up the Bronco's last minute shine. I never felt any pressure to get the sale done. It was truly an amazing experience. Thanks guys Leesia59”

“Fantastic service. We were on a 1000 mile journey and happened to stop in Ashland to get our tires checked. The team at Les Schwab was extremely professional and courteous. They were considerate enough to take us in without a prior appointment and gave the tires a thorough inspection. We were welcomed to use the facilities while we waited and we were not even charged since they did not recommend any additional services. Cannot thank the 3 gentlemen we interacted with enough.”
