“This place is amazing. The staff are very friendly! That was my dog’s first time. it is self serve, he was getting a Bath in a public environment. He’s a year and a half husky mix. He acted like a fool. He was over excited that there was another dog in there. He would not stop barking, he jumped over the bathtub at one point and pulled the wooden crate with him that they have in the bathtub. I was so embarrassed, and One of the associates helped me prepare a different bath for him with higher walls on it. I was expecting them to ask me to leave any moment, but they didn’t. They were patient. They didn’t criticize me. They didn’t yell at my dog. In fact they gave him a treat to try to help him cool down. They clean up the bath after you, and you can tip them, so I did. I encourage other customers to tip the staff, Because they do prepare the baths for the next dog. thank you!”
