“Wandered in looking to see if we could find new harnesses for our dogs. We found a new-to-us style and bought two. We were concerned that they might not fit (our dogs weren’t with us at the time) so we were treated to WONDERFUL customer service from Pam who let us know she would do whatever she could to help if the harnesses didn’t fit, even though the store was about to close.
