“Let me preface this by saying; a couple of months ago I walked off a different Powers lot, adding Powers to my list of dealerships never to return to, making my dissatisfaction with the salesman clear to everyone one the showroom floor. Communication involves listening as well as speaking.
Waiting at a nearby business, I walked next door to a Powers dealership. I saw several people in the showroom so I dramatically waved my arms. They sent out the new guy. A gentleman walks over, introduces himself and asks what I was looking for. I told him. He walked me over to exactly what I was looking for. Favian was hands down the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. He listened to what I said. He was very easy to talk to. I appreciated that he didn't take me see more expensive trucks. You know, the one you'd really like to buy if you win the lottery.
I was so impressed with Favian, I may one day shop at Powers again!

“I bought a battery and I didn't end up needing it , I never even removed the terminal caps . Lost the receipt (due to a car break in even lost my car registration) Dan was so kind and helped me with my return of the battery . “I found good reason to convert the rear drum brakes to disc brakes on my 93 Dodge Ram 250. There were kits available but I had no confidence I could do the install. I asked CPS to do that job...thankfully they accepted the job which actually turned out to be quite a challenge...it was not just a drop and bolt project. CPS stuck with it and figured out what was needed and got it done. They handled the detours with grace and had mercy on me when it came time to make payment. “My low mileage 14 yr.old car had more than the usual dents, scratches, and etc. Because I like the car and intend to keep it for a while, I wanted it to look good. I contacted Action Auto Body. I was immediately impressed by the way they operate. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was no pressure for me to spend more than I budgeted. Action is a family business and they treat customers like friends. My car was ready sooner than expected and looks great !! “The guy that runs this place literally knows everything! He always takes care of his customers. He treats them like family. He lives really close to the business so goes home to take care of his handicapped dogs later in the day. If he is not there in the afternoon, you can call his cell phone number posted on the business door and he will even make a special trip to come in for you. What a great guy! You just don’t get service like this anymore. Not 5, but 1000 stars!”

“These guys are awesome! I paid $3.99 for a box of fuses because my usb and cigarette lighter charging ports didn’t work (fuse was blown). They helped me locate the fuse box under the dash, identified the blown fuse, and changed it out for me. Above and beyond helpfulness!!! Highly recommend!”
