“We own a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter Van-Winnebago Adventure Wagon. The heater went out and when I went to have it repaired, it was discovered that the warranty had expired early as the RV dealer did not fill out the proper paperwork to go to Mercedes. The RV dealer was of no help to correct the issue. Evan with Sprinter service at Salem Oregon Mercedes worked with Mercedes Corporate and corrected the issue. He went above and beyond to fix an issue caused elsewhere. The heater motor was repaired under warranty thanks to the extra efforts by Evan. I have been to Salem Mercedes several times now for routine service and it is top notch. Friendly service, beautiful dealership and employees that know how to treat customers. “Traditional Auto Body & Paint are absolute professionals!! This place came very highly recommended from a reliable source and I was very pleased to have witnessed everything that was said about this place first hand. From the several employees I dealt with, everyone was very accommodating and explained what the process was in addition to keeping me updated four times while they had my car about the next step and the estimated completion date. They even arranged with the rental car company for the rental to be dropped off and picked up there at Traditional so I didn't have to make an extra trip.
I fully appreciated their efforts and they delivered my detailed car to me so very clean inside and out. There was one small issue I noticed with a wheel after I took delivery on it. So I called them and they contacted my insurance company and arranged for a new wheel to be ordered and said my insurance company will take care of it.
I am recommending Traditional to everyone I talk to about my car. I feel like they went above and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer.”

“Tawny was very helpful when my car needed repair after multiple collisions. The entire process was smooth from getting and returning a rental car to handling insurance hiccups. The team was very transparent about costs and policies, and they even finished sooner than they estimated! The repairs were completed the same day the parts got in and communication was great throughout the whole process. I hope I never have to repeat this process but if I do I know I’ll be back to this shop!”
“From the first call to inquire about repairs to the final walk around- it could not have been an easier, stress-free experience. They worked with tow company, insurance and other services ( paint, parts, ect) to return my 2025 KIA Sorento just as perfect as when it came off the lot with the best parts(not the cheapest). I asked if they would give updates over the est 5-6 week repair time. Jose not only called as requested each Friday, he was able to complete the repairs in 3 weeks. After the anxiety and stress of the accident itself, I am so happy we used Jackson. I recommend them highly and remind my friends they have the right to pick the repair shop, regardless of insurance recommendations or suggestions if insurance is claimed. Repairs completed 02/2026.”

FYI - You know what is so true and always will be? You never have a 2nd chance to make a first impression!! And I'm very impressed and happy with the service work your team did on my 2002 Dodge 2500 Cummins. The clutch and flywheel replacement was great, very cost effective as well as the labor. The tranny shifts better than it has in a long time, W/O any shudder! The repairs were completed faster than I had anticipated and I had my truck back in time for an appointment I needed my truck for, without having to reschedule my trip.
Thank you all, for your prompt action once you had the parts in and getting it back to me so quickly. I will be back for any other needed service work!

“I am blown away of the amazing service that I receive here every time I am in desperate need of help. 4 and 1/2 years ago I needed a new battery and Mathew put it in for me. Last night while enjoying the Christmas lights my car's battery died and after receiving a jump from a stranger I drove to O'Reilly in South Salem. Chris not only recommended a great battery, but also put it in for me and saved me time, effort and worry of looking for a replacement service in the dark after 9pm. “I was rear-ended recently and took my highlander into Main/Lovegrove for repairs. They've worked on cars in the past for us and did a nice job. My car didn't look too bad on the surface, but once they got in there, there was a bit of damage to the back bumper, undercarriage and exhaust system. They did a nice job on the repair (the car did need to go back once for a quick adustment to the fitting on the back panel, which was done within hours) and I got regular calls and texts from my rep Eric as they worked through the insurance claim and repair process. Very happy with my experience with them.Services: Exhaust”
“What a GREAT first experience I had today with this local shop! Zero wait time, and they were friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and thorough. I happened to have the necessary supplies on me (oil filter and oil) because a friend was going to do it for me but then couldn’t last second, so in desperation I googled cheap oil changes in Salem, and this place I’d never heard of was mentioned first! And they used my supplies and only charged $25 for the labor, even offering to change my air filter for free when he saw my newly-bought filter in my trunk.
And THEN I heard about their awesome mission (via Salem First Baptist) to be a second chance employer! So cool!”
