“I had a warning light come on in my Honda a bit ago indicating that my gas cap needed tightening and next thing I knew a check engine light appeared. With no free time to get to a repair shop recently, I recalled that Auto Zone offers free diagnostic tests. I finally made it by there today and in less than 10 minutes my panic turned into relief as I discovered the issue was a bad gas cap that was allowing moisture from the recent non-stop rain. Thank you for the $14 solution. Having felt the impact of prices for everything skyrocketing lately, you guys made my entire day / week / month!”

“So glad I checked Yelp! My former go-to auto body place (Lovegrove) is now under new ownership and apparently terrible. I tried Freeman on a hope and a prayer... the bumper of my minivan ripped off (don't ask) and I didn't want to file a claim, just wanted to pay cash. These guys were great, the bumper is completely like new, you'd never know it suffered a mishap. Had to take a star for communication. I was primarily emailing (I called once and was told to email)... Was told Thursday that my car was due to be ready Friday afternoon. I showed up right after work (I'm a teacher and don't check my personal email during the day) and there was a delay (Covid related supply chain thing)... they should've called. They knew it too, and apologized, and paid for a Lyft for me and my kids back to South Salem. Communication blip notwithstanding, I would use them again in a heartbeat. (Also, even though I clearly have a well loved minivan and this car lot is filled with Maseratis and Audis, they treated me completely respectfully and professionally. If I ever need an Audi, I will check this place first!!)”
“Excellent customer service! They truly stand behind their work. We had some vibration inside our driver door. Took it in and they fixed it right away on the spot AND they even topped off the air in our tires, something I haven't had a chance to go do being a busy mom. It's little things like this that sets a place apart, especially in today's world where you're nickel and dimed for everything.”

“I found good reason to convert the rear drum brakes to disc brakes on my 93 Dodge Ram 250. There were kits available but I had no confidence I could do the install. I asked CPS to do that job...thankfully they accepted the job which actually turned out to be quite a challenge...it was not just a drop and bolt project. CPS stuck with it and figured out what was needed and got it done. They handled the detours with grace and had mercy on me when it came time to make payment. Job well done and they stand dehind their work. Highly recommend this crew.Service: Brakes”

“The guy that runs this place literally knows everything! He always takes care of his customers. He treats them like family. He lives really close to the business so goes home to take care of his handicapped dogs later in the day. If he is not there in the afternoon, you can call his cell phone number posted on the business door and he will even make a special trip to come in for you. What a great guy! You just don’t get service like this anymore. Not 5, but 1000 stars!”

“These guys are awesome! I paid $3.99 for a box of fuses because my usb and cigarette lighter charging ports didn’t work (fuse was blown). They helped me locate the fuse box under the dash, identified the blown fuse, and changed it out for me. Above and beyond helpfulness!!! Highly recommend!”
