Rick (the manager) has an absolutely amazing team of competent and thorough employees that can help with anything you need: printing, returning, mailboxes, shipping (international and domestic), notaries, faxing, and more. If they can’t help with something, they know where to direct you to. I’ve been working closely with this store for almost 7 years, and the quality of service has only improved over time. “Today was my first time delivering here. For those that don't know, you need to turn left down the dead end street right before their building as their docks are behind the building. I wish they had a sign saying that as I had to go to the end of the street and turn around. I did suggest that to the guy that unloaded me and he agreed and said he would mention it. Everyone was super friendly. My appointment was at 09:00 and I was unloaded in about 45 minutes! I will say I was nervous about docking here as I read a review saying it was tight, and I'm a new driver. They do share a drive and docking area with another company across the way. I can see where it could be tight if both places were busy. However, when I pulled in, a driver was docking into the other company. I waited for him to dock and there was plenty of room for me to drive to the end and turn around. There was plenty of room for me to do my setup and turn it into a straight line back. I only gave it 4 stars because the sign telling trucks to turn would have been a huge help, and I tripped over some debris in the docking area. I mentioned the tripping to the guy unloading me as well. He admitted they've been trying to clean it up, but need to get the rest of it picked up. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.”

“I just established an account with Columbia Corrugated to provide packaging for a food product I make. They set up process was a little slow, but I attribute that to Covid. My first order was only 500 units, but they had no problem with that. Pick up was a little challenging as I must have arrived right at shift change or something. I had to park at the far end of the lot, find the shipping office, go back to my car and move to the pick up door, load and return to park my car and then walk back to the shipping office. The shipping agent who helped me was very friendly and we chatted about food and wines, which is my market sector. I will continue to do business with them and scruffy that my initial experience was just growing pains, so to speak.”
