“Jim was exceptional! We have an old 1970s van with an issue that wasn’t easy to diagnose, and Jim went above and beyond to help us out. We were traveling up the coast and needed a quick fix, and he was able to squeeze us in, diagnose the problem quickly, and get a replacement part ordered and shipped within just a few hours. He had us back on the road in less than 24 hours! Jim is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. We couldn’t be more grateful and highly recommend him to anyone in the area!”
