“What a great place to stay. We came so hubs could golf. I enjoyed relaxing, coffee and a great view. So nice to find a nice non-chain hotel. Super clean, friendly staff. Highly recommend”
“Little bit misleading with the view from the rooms but overall super clean with comfy beds and good shower pressure.They are set up more like townhomes. Pretty good breakfast that’s complimentary, pool says heated but is ice cold. 5 min walk to beach. Would definitely stay here again

“The Fredrickson's we all were here the lighthouse Cove was beautiful get the kinks out with water, plumbing to a T and have breakfast ice machine maybe office but having office down the street wasn't too bad but get the rest fixed up being y'all just bought this you are doing amazing and fixing this for us was so nice of u we appreciate you and evwryo!e is so nice. “Solid hotel. It was just a stopover for a night, but we would stay again.
The room was very clean, but I docked it a star for not being perfect.
Biggest complaint, it was a little warm in the room. The entrance was a sliding glass door, so unless you wanted to leave the door to your room open all night to your only option was a small window in the kitchen.
Second biggest complaint, the bed was not the most comfortable, it was a little on the firm side.
Issues out of the way, breakfast way included, it consisted of some refrigeratee sandwiches and burritos, some bagels, yogurt and some fruit.
It was all basically prepacked and not super fresh, but of all the smaller hotels we stayed at, it was better than most.
The night clerk who is checked us in was great, I think his name was Kevin but I can't rightfully remember. Very kind, offered some great advice on things to see and do.
The indoor pool was heated and had a hot tub that was warm, both towels and a changing room in the pool area so you didn't have to walk back wet.
There was a laundry room on site, wash & dry for $2 each.
Last, the tide pools at the beach, directly behind the hotel were among the best we have seen the entire trip.
We stayed in room 212, and it was more or less exactly as pictured.

“Great location for visiting Bandon— you’ll want to drive to go to the beach, but the motel is conveniently placed near stores and an EV charging station. Main reason for only 4 stars is that the floor in our room was so dirty upon our arrival that our feet were black from just walking around the room barefoot… 😬 other than that, very clean and comfortable!”
