“I highly recommend this place for any body and paint work if your car needs repairs. You can rest easy knowing they’ll take great care of your vehicle.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after getting my car back from Springer, I felt compelled to share my experience. My car was hit by a deer during a vacation to Lost Lake in late July 2024. Even though I was driving carefully, the accident broke the bracket of my right headlight, damaged the housing, and bent the right fender. I was at a loss since I didn’t know of any reputable body and paint shops in town. Luckily, a friend and colleague of mine recommended Springer Body and Paint, as his friends had been pleased with their work.
I decided to take my Tesla MYP to Springer, where I was warmly welcomed by Aimee, the owner, and Noel, the collision estimator. Noel played a huge role in the process, walking me through every detail of the damage assessment. She and Aimee explained the breakdown of the estimate clearly, helping me understand which parts and repairs were necessary. They were patient and answered all my questions, ensuring that I felt confident about the next steps. Their thoroughness and professionalism made the whole experience far less stressful.
Both Noel and Aimee worked together to make sure I got a detailed and accurate estimate quickly. Since Springer is not yet Tesla-certified, Noel also explained that I would need to order certain parts from Tesla myself, but she still made the process as smooth as possible. Despite this, Springer has extensive experience dealing with insurance, and within two days, They helped secure approval for the repairs.
Once all the necessary parts arrived—including a new headlight and some smaller components—they provided me with an accurate timeline for the job. They did an outstanding job on my car. If you didn’t know about the accident, you wouldn’t be able to tell anything had happened, even down to the smallest details. The body technician, Jon, expertly straightened the fender, prepped the surface for painting, and aligned everything perfectly (a common issue with new Teslas, especially the hood). Juan, the painter, matched the new paint with the original so seamlessly that even a perfectionist like me was satisfied. The detailing specialist, Keone, washed and cleaned the car thoroughly, making it look brand new.
I couldn’t find anything to complain about—their craftsmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Springer also went above and beyond by helping me coordinate with the PPF (paint protection film) shop to ensure the front of my car was restored to its pre-accident condition. If I could, I’d give them six stars. Below are some before and after photos of the repairs (note: the left fender still had the PPF on it, which is why the color appears slightly different, but it all matches once the PPF is reapplied).”
“Back months ago I had a fender bender causing me to need new headlights. My old oem were nasty and past restoration so I purchased the 04-08 Depo Euro Style headlights from HeelToe. The only thing I did not see at the time was there was a back order on these items and at the time I was frustrated that I did not see that. HeelToe reassured me that I would get my headlights as soon as possible so I waited till I got them delivered randomly one day. The packaging was very well done by depo and they mounted just fine. My only issue was trying to figure out how to get the ballast on properly on both headlights. I followed HeelToes installation guide and understood exactly what I needed to do. Thank you HeelToe for your help and patience with my order!”

“Tim at ColorAll exceed all expectations! My 2009 Honda CRV has some clear coat issues on the bumper and roof. Everyone except ColorAll either didn't want to fix it or wanted too much to fix it. Tim explained that he couldn't just fix the clear coat, the whole area would need to be repainted as well. After completing the work, Tim showed me where he matched the color. It is spot on. I'm more than satisfy. Now, I'm noticing the hood and other areas of the car are starting to exhibit clear coat issues. I know exactly who can fix it! I'll be back, Tim!”

“I am the guy that canceled the order on the MG-TD gastank end plates. The dimensions from the lower hole is 3" to one side and 6.5" on the other side. “Nick and Josh are the best! I've used Jasper multiple times for multiple repairs; currently we are completing an S&S 110 upgrade/engine rebuild to my 2007 Softail Standard. It's not as easy as that sounds; we are going from the stock Silver to a black engine and transmission. We are installing a Dark Horse Man O' War crankshaft, upgrading the cams, valves and replacing everything that needs to be replaced.I'm component that Josh and Nick will go above and beyond; getting everything dialed in and right to specifications prior to giving the bike back.I've worked for Paradise, Latus and another small shop; Jasper provides the best and is negotiable with pricing.”
“My 2002 Silverado 2500HD turbodiesel was in a fenderbender. The insurance wanted to total it, which I couldn't afford. Scotties went to bat and negotiated an excellent and total repair at a reasonable price. They are honest, thorough, completely up front about progress, even though it took longer than planned, no fault of theirs. I recommend them highly!”

I was told by a friend to go see Adrain at crystal image, long story short he made my car look like it came off the showroom floor for a lot less than others paint shops around the area. “Doug's work is amazing. I would give him 10 stars if possible. He repaired front end damage on my Mazda CX5 from hitting a deer. He was 3200$ lower in cost than another body shop quoted. The work was done quickly and perfectly especially the paint match.
Doug is also a nice guy very honest and professional. I very highly recommend him especially if you want a great job at a reasonable cost”
