“Jerry rebuilt the starter for my ancient cat D4 bulldozer, after reinstalling it had issues engaging with the flywheel, and I suspected a problem with the rebuild. Jerry worked with me swapping out the Bendix, never suggesting that the problem might be due to my inability to correctly align the starter, which ultimately proved to be the case. “Stopped into the Forest Grove location for a battery replacement for my 2000 Toyota Tundra. Johnathan was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He went above and beyond in replacing the battery. He identified a heavy corrosion build up on one of the terminals. Instead of just moving ahead, he took the time to clean the terminal to ensure a good connection with the battery. He had the battery swapped out in no time. While replacing the bracket that holds the battery in place, he lubed the nut to make for easier adjustment in the future. It was those attention to details that left an impression on me because he didn’t have to go to the extra effort, yet he did. I appreciate his level of service. He would not accept a tip either. He quickly resolved our issue in what likely would have taken me much more time to complete. I can assure you, I wouldn’t have been as thorough either. Thanks for the great service.”

“I've been looking for a paint and body shop to make my 1991 Mazda Miata look good again, door dings, faded paint-timetook it's toll. I was told by a friend to go see Adrain at crystal image, long story short he made my car look like it came off the showroom floor for a lot less than others paint shops around the area.
