“Got great stuff for all my hobby and crafting needs. But, as it is with every Hobby Lobby in the history of ever, it's kind of spendy. So shop sales and clearances! The staff at this one was also very standoffish. No greeting when we entered and we saw two staff members that just looked at us as they passed by. As a retail manager myself, that's not what staff should be doing. Still, overall a fun experience and we ended up finding what we were looking for on our own.”
“For a general craft store, Joann's has a lot of variety. There is something for every interest, from beginner to expert and for the youngest crafter, all the way up through the mature. There really isn't anything you cannot find. They run sales often, offer coupons and discounts, and Joann's gives a heavy nod to sewing, quilting, knitting and crocheting. You can order on line or in their app, pick your order up curbside, or you can have it shipped directly to you at home. Plus there are tons of ideas for different projects you can try out.”

“had a great experience here yesterday. the person who helped us out was verrrry busy but handled our questions with great knowledge and then took extra time to find something and track us down in the store to help us even more. not much else to say if all employees are anywhere near that helpful!”
