Avis/Hertz car rental was quick, easy and the lady behind the desk was very friendly and effective. I was very surprised at how nice the experience was as at their sister store at the airport it was a complete disaster.

It took me a long wait to get my car. this office need to hire more people for customer service. Only one guy was working there!!
