“I never thought I would be writing a review for a car rental agency! I mean— what’s there to write? You’re just a number and a dollar.
But what I experienced at Enterprise Beaverton so surprised and blessed me! They were down to earth, real, kind, and present. I felt seen from the minute I walked in the door!
They took interest in my situation! They offered to give me a ride home and told me they would have gladly picked me up at my house to get to them! Who? Does? That!???
Meg helped me get situated in the car. She also gave me tips on finding another as I was in the market. They even cut me a deal I didn’t deserve when I forgot to fill the car with gas on the return.
This is above and beyond. They don’t just think of themselves as being in the rental car business. No, they’re in the business of people! They care for and about people and happen to rent cars as well! How rare is that?
Thank you for making what could have been a pain and a stretch into a gift. I’m the better man for having met you all!!”

“Had to get body work done on my vehicle. Figured if had to get a rental might as well enjoy the experience. The staff was super friendly! I worked at first with a lady on the truck side of things and she was super helpful and nice! Once I knew a little more I spoke with the correct team. He was super friendly and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and helped me pick a vehicle I would enjoy. I wanted Ferrari but I don't have Ferrari money. We ended up with a BMW Z4 convertible. Was plenty of fun and we ended up getting it during a dry part of spring. We may have had a sweatshirt on a couple of the days but was still a blast! Easy to work with enterprise locally. (Call center was a little rough) all the local teams are awesome though! Helped me pretend I had money to throw away on a toy car and had a nice trip to the coast. I will be renting a car just because in the future to try other cars out on special occasions.”

“Hertz car rental filled my needs. The service was really good. The rate for the vehicle was reasonable. Often I have used Enterprise, but due to their association with Homeland Security and ICE my preference was not to use them. HERTZ car rental has won my business now. The car was clean and ready. The return of the car was effortless. I am very satisfied.”
