“Well, When I made my appointment for maintenance, I was told there would be shuttle, But upon arriving, there was none available. So not very convenient, but they did their best to make up for it. Took longer than expected, but overall they did a good job and genuinely seem like they care and tried to put in an effort.

At the end of the day, Toyota is still better so you get four stars”

“I had the pleasure of collaborating with Jesus this evening at the SW Murray Enterprise. Jesus was friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire interaction. After other lengthy experiences at different rental car agencies in the past, it was so refreshing to meet with a representative who eased the way in an efficient and communicative manner.

“I've bought several items through Rent-A-Center over the years and in fact, I still have both TV's I initially rented back in 2013! Currently renting a really nice bedroom set with a built in mirror(for the girlfriend, she loves it! Take note men!) a Switch 2 and a laptop for the girlfriend. Absolutely wonderful staff that are willing to get you the best deal!”

“Had to get body work done on my vehicle. Figured if had to get a rental might as well enjoy the experience. The staff was super friendly! I worked at first with a lady on the truck side of things and she was super helpful and nice! Once I knew a little more I spoke with the correct team. He was super friendly and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and helped me pick a vehicle I would enjoy. I wanted Ferrari but I don't have Ferrari money. We ended up with a BMW Z4 convertible. Was plenty of fun and we ended up getting it during a dry part of spring. We may have had a sweatshirt on a couple of the days but was still a blast! Easy to work with enterprise locally. (Call center was a little rough) all the local teams are awesome though! Helped me pretend I had money to throw away on a toy car and had a nice trip to the coast. I will be renting a car just because in the future to try other cars out on special occasions.”

“I have had nothing but great service at this location. True this location only has one counter and attendant. The process is fast and efficient even during busy times which is at noon when people return and rent their vehicles if your book your time earlier in the day there isn't an issue it's easy in & easy out same as in the afternoon. It's just like Rush hour who gets on the freeway expecting there's going to be no traffic. All the cars that I've gotten from here are well maintained and clean. When renting from this location the attendant walks around the car with you & he points out issues. It's your responsibility as the renter took over the vehicle before you take it off the lot do you do diligence. I definitely do business here on a regular. “The gentleman at this Beaverton location is absolutely wonderful! I gave him so many different twists and turns in different situations to deal with. I feel so bad but I was moving to Puerto Rico and there was a lot of moving elements. He made everything work out and with ease. I highly recommend this place. I was extremely impressed.”

“This Hertz facility in Beaverton is great. They have a great selection of vehicles. I needed a one-day rental to do some exploring in the pacific northwest. Kendall took care of my pickup and provided me with excellent service. I think I was on the road in less than 5 minutes! Return was very easy as well - Moses handled the return very quickly. Both Kendall and Moses are excellet staff to work with.

Plus - Hertz's cars are always the best! The Dodge RAM 1500 Longhorn edition was so much fun to drive, and fit 4 of us for a day of pacific northwest exploration with tons of room.”
