“We are in our 70's and totally ignorant of how to sell old gold jewelry and we had heard the horror stories. We were a tad nervous about the process. Per their website's request we made an appointment with a very nice man named Jeff who helped ease some of our fears. When we got there, we were immediately greeted with a smile and welcomed. Because we had an appointment, there was no waiting. Everything, and I mean everything, was upfront. The procedure was explained, prices were posted, we could see the scales. Anything rejected was explained why. There was no pressure to sell after the offer was made. We did sell to them and left feeling wonderful and well informed. It was a great experience. We would recommend them to anyone.”

“I’ve been here a handful of times and have always received good, friendly help.Honestly, it’s not perfect.. Once I came in asking about how to transfer a silly Robinhood account to my Fidelity account. The employee said that he did the same thing, but it was long enough ago that he had forgotten. So, he got help, and explained everything.Another time, after asking friends, I came here to ask about cashing old bonds that were still in paper form. The same thing happened, the employee wasn’t sure and told me it was a good question. It took a brief amount of time before he came back and told me to look up a “sav1522” file on a federal website. Perfect.I can easily highly recommend Fidelity because of my visits here, and the fact that they are always helpful.”
