“I've never worked with a gold/silver buyer before and was anxious about fairness to both them and me! An aunt had passed on a very nice set of sterling flatware, which I'd already priced against a buyers-estimate from Replacements. However, with Replacements, I would need to polish, wrap, mail, insure, plus I would have to talk to them about items I had more than 12 of, and watch the video to identify pieces in shapes I'd never seen before (like an oyster spoon!). They were SO good to work with! DeLynn explained everything and I could watch the whole process and understand how she came to the final sum which was what I'd estimated I'd get from Replacements Before the cleaning, mailing and insuring! I'll be back with some things of my own that I'd rather have the cash for.”
