Great customer service. Called Alyanna Wood on Monday about an issue and she got back to me the next day. I explained the issue and she contacted the manufacturer and took care of everything. Great personality.

Alyanna was very helpful and went above and beyond in helping us find the parts to fix the diverter on our discontinued Delta shower system. She made several calls as we identified the correct model and we received the repair kit by mail quickly. Great customer service!

Alyanna Wood, showroom consultant, has been terrific to work with during the past several months . She has been helpful, patient and knowledgeable as I have selected all the items needed to remodel two bathrooms. I have called and stopped by several times with updates and changes, and she has always been prompt and courteous . I highly recommend her and look forward to working with her on future projects.

I'm doing a kitchen remodel, and was referred to
Keller by Crowley's Granite and Quartz. They have been wonderful to work with, both at the Lake Oswego showroom and Beaverton. I'd like to give a special shout out to Alyanna Wood at the Beaverton location. She gave me her undivided attention for over an hour and willingly answered all of my many questions. She is extremely helpful and personable. I was impressed by the depth and breadth of her knowledge. When I realized I'd made a mistake in what I ordered, she promptly helped me get it corrected.

Poor service and not open to the general public. Apparently, only contractors can buy parts there. The lady failed to mention this very important fact when I told her I was planning to stop by and buy the parts today. She then proceeded to try to refer me to a contractor—I’m guessing her friend or something. So scammy.
