They can park in the spot marked “Online Order Pickup,” tap the “I’m Curbside” button in the “Your Order is Ready For Pickup” email, and an associate will be out with the order shortly. The store is a destination for business and home office needs, with paper, ink, furniture, technology, cleaning and breakroom supplies, and custom printing, shipping and tech support. Staff are polite, nice and helpful, saving money with in‑store coupons and keeping the store clean, well stocked and organized. Help with address labels, printing, an art project and a cut for reams of paper is quick and easy, with efficient and excellent customer service. Advice on color matching, paper type and future projects is given without feeling rushed. The curbside service, polite staff and well stocked everything make the Office Depot on Cedar Hills Blvd store to tackle toughest challenges.
Went here to get my TSA Pre-check finalized. The employee (I believe the store manager) was extremely helpful and kind. I went back later to take some old printer cartridges for recycling, and once again the same employee (and another) were extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 service!
