“I brought my laptop in to have unremovable popups removed and they fixed with in thirty minutes. Well worth the reasonable rate. I will be back if I have any more issues.”

“I had a broken keyboard, I was planning to replace myself, but it was a different model and trickier than I thought. They knew exactly what I was talking about on the phone, gave me a quote, replaced it (using my parts), and a day later I picked it up and was charged exactly the quoted rate, which was very reasonable. Great experience!”

“This store experience was absolutely awesome. They had what I was looking for after 3 stores let me down. To make matters better, the first rep I spoke to, a kind lady who won a repeat customer and potential business account if things proceed as planned, knew exactly where to find what I wanted and followed up with me, patiently answering questions that I later realized were a little frivolous. I look forward to walking through your doors again”

“I’m came in to browse some PC that I might like in the future. But I was then given some assistance by an employee named Darian (iirc). He helped me learned about what is what such as CPU and GPU’s, along with what would be recommended for my needs, and which would be great to have 3-5 years from now. Great guy and much appreciate everything he’s taught me! 5 stars!!!”

“I cannot emphasize this enough - but whatever you are paying Felicity, the store manager - it is not enough. She is the most wonderful human. In the brief moment I was there, I saw her go above and beyond for not just me, but two other customers in the store. I don't normally go to OfficeDepot - but will now be returning consistently based purely on this interaction. Seriously couldn't have had a better experience.”
