I thought it MUST be some long time unwritten rule that Pawn shops MUST adhere to a certain ‘temperament’ and ‘script’ shall we say, that can be quite unpleasant and abrasive! I cringe internally, even when driving by a sign that says ‘Pawn’. Until coming here that is! Staff is friendly, polite and very informative-and no shenanigans! Oh, and FAIR!!My experience was and is A+++++!! Thank you!!”

“Went to sell a piece of jewelry that ended up being fake, not the point. There was some creepy old dude inside that kept staring at and following me and my girlfriend around the store, something I was totally oblivious to. The clerk who was helping us earlier handed me a note informing me of this, and told us that we were welcome to hang around until we felt comfortable enough to leave. 10/10 customer service and I wasn’t even a real customer. If nothing else I recommend doing business here because you can rest assured that you will be dealing with very professional, thoughtful people who truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive environment. Wish I remembered to get the guy’s name, but thank you anyways kind stranger!”
