“Overall it was a descent experience. I believe they were fair with the amount I received. Friendly and efficient.My only issue would be with the woman who is either the owner or manager.When inspecting the item I was there to sell she was pretty aggressive. I had the item in the original packaging and took a lot of care keeping it that way. She literally ripped the item out of the box and the tissue paper it was wrapped in. As long as I agreed to the deal it was fine. Luckily I did, otherwise it would have been pretty inconsiderate and it would not look as new as it did before she handled it.I would just suggest that in the future she handle customers items with more care.”

As hard as it is to part with sentimental objects the team at Cap Pawn were incredibly helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I've had and right next door is a luxury store that has an amazing collection of gorgeous purses. The store is clean and everyone seems committed to providing a great experience (unlike my ex-husband).”
