I brought my Outback here because it had a leak -- water was leaking through the driver's side door, running down the inside of the door frame and dripping slowly onto the carpet below. The carpet was damp in front of the driver's seat when I brought it in. When I picked it up, the leak had been fixed, but they literally flooded my car in the process. The carpets were sopping and there was like three inches of standing water underneath the driver's seat. My son and I were late getting out of there because we had to wait so long for the guy to bring us the car, as he could not see with all the windows completely soaked on the inside so bad the defrost would not clear it. I wiped the windows down before we left but it was still a dangerous drive. When I called about it they explained that they have to use a pressurized water "test" to make the repair and "clear out the drains," whatever that means, and the manager recommended I bring the car back in so he can "work with me" on a price to repair the damage they had caused. No thanks. But what a nightmare removing the seat to bail out the well of water underneath and take the car all apart so I could uplift the carpet and the THICK and super absorbent carpet pad to soak it all up and then run space heaters in there overnight to dry it all out -- and it still smells like wet diapers in my car now. Thanks Carr Subaru!

Our tire had a slow leak, fortunately Carrs' has an Express Service area, no prior reservations needed. We just drove up and we were greeted promptly and cordially. Told us they would check it out and call us with the results. Quick friendly service. Very informative without being pushy. We were well taken cared of. Thank you Carr Subaru!

My 2016 Crosstrek's transmission with under 60,000 miles suddenly failed. It turned out to be covered under an extended warranty and Carr honored it without hesitation or push back. Jesse was great at keeping me apprised of the status and getting me a loaner car (2024 Crosstrek) until my car was repaired within five business days. My experience with Carr Subaru was extremely disappointing. Despite the extensive discussions that took place prior to finalizing the deal, I found myself facing a situation where the agreed-upon details of the transaction were not upheld. This discrepancy left me with a strong sense of distrust and concern.Moreover, it was my first encounter with Carr Subaru, and I can confidently say that it will be my last. I plan to ensure that my colleagues and others are aware of the dealership's lack of professionalism and integrity. This experience has left me profoundly dissatisfied and serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering doing business with Carr Subaru.

I just wanted to give you a shoutout to salesman Chris Souza and everybody that helped me with the whole buying car process. Not only did he take the time to answer my questions, he also provided great customer service. I felt great about my purchase and will definitely recommend to anybody who's in the market right now looking for a vehicle. Eric Monroy, the finance manager was also very informative and provided great service!

Took it in for an oil change and for a repair due to defective part. I provided the service bulletin # for the defective part. The amount quoted was more than we were willing to spend. The car was long out of warranty. They suggested contacting Subaru America (SA). SA responded quickly and offered to take care of the repair. We made another appointment. The Service person had been contacted by SA. The process was efficient. The work was done on time. No charge. FYI, the oil change was done on the first appointment at the expected price. No unnecessary work was suggested. To access the Service Dept, there is a driveway off W/B SW Canyon Road, but the road and parking lot area are often congested so it is best to use the driveway off SW 115th Ave. Take the first driveway and go to the left. Signs could be larger to be more visible.Services: Electrical

My recent experience at CARR Subaru Service Department was incredibly disappointing. We paid around $250 for an oil change and a thorough car inspection. However, we were not happy with the services provided.Firstly, they told us our car had many expensive issues during the inspection, which seemed suspicious since we hadn't noticed major problems before.The most concerning part was that they didn't seem to have changed the oil at all even though we had asked and paid for it. After checking later, we found the oil level was low and dirty. When we brought this up, they brushed it off and suggested adding more oil.To add to our frustration, our car started smelling bad like burnt oil after the service. We worried it might have serious problems, but after getting the oil changed again elsewhere, the smell disappeared completely.Overall, we were deeply unsatisfied with the way they handled our visit. Charging a high price for services they didn't deliver is unacceptable. We cannot recommend their services to others and advise caution when considering CARR Subaru Service Department for car maintenance.We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their practices to regain customers' trust. Transparency, honesty, and quality service are vital for any business to succeed and keep their clients happy in the long run.

Excellent customer service by Jake at this Beaverton location! I was very impressed with how my particular situation was handled with competence and patience. My Outback trunk was acting up like it had its own mind and the problem was becoming very unsafe! Jake was just very capable all around! And it was fixed like brand new the next day! I'm a happy customer, and will return again and again! Thank you for the awesome services!!
