Herniated disc and pinched nerves issue. Had two steroid shots In two different places which did not help. Started seeing Scott Weber at Alpine Physical Therapy, and I have to say he is much better than steroid shots for my back issue. I think it’s looking like I will be avoiding surgery. Yay.

I have been using Alpine for years but yesterday was blown away with the investigative work Scott did to diagnose a nerve tingle in my leg. He demonstrated a fix in the office and gave me a plan to resolve the issue. Their patience with tired bodies and expertise in diagnosis keep me coming back.
