Cameron Smith was my therapist and he was excellent. He not only showed me exercises, but he showed me why we were doing them and showed me adaptations. He gave me the tools to help myself. He taught me about my anatomy and why I was having pain and I feel much more equipped now to handle pain in my back. Highly recommend.
