“I recently purchased a new gravel bike from Project Bike. After a fitting to establish a range of bikes that work, we settled on a few models. The shop did not have my size of bikes in stock. However, one of the employees owns a bike that fit my specs. That employee made a few adjustments to his personal bike so it would fit me better and let me take it out for a spin. A couple of days later I ordered the bike through Project Bike. They took my measurements from my fitting and built the bike to fit. After riding it a number of times, I have had it back in for a few additions. Everyone in the shop has been awesome. There is a great vibe in the shop(Kenny G live in concert on the TV for example). It does not have the feel of a stuffy bike shop. I now have taken my other bikes to them for service. I can't recommend this Project Bike enough. Lovin' my Specialized Crux”

“My girlfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic time! I had never ridden an e-bike before. They were knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything . . . even letting us take short trial laps around their parking lot so that we understood everything. The bikes were in great shape, had front storage bags, one had a rear fender storage rack. There was even a lock in one of the storage bags if we needed it. They seem to have thought of everything. It was a very good time. I highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes.”

When we later learned the trike was not going to arrive as scheduled due to supply chain issues, beyond his control, Mark immediately refunded me my money with no problems. I've taken my two mountain bikes to Sagebrush in the last month for a few separate issues. And both times I've had some of the best customer service not only in a bike shop but in just about any place ever. The mechanics here are incredibly knowledgeable. The pricing is excellent, no upselling anything. Communication is great, I got text or phone calls as the work progressed telling me about anything unexpected that came up. These guys have my permanent business. Plus you gotta say hi to Annie the shop dog.”
