“I went to this bike shop with my husband to look at getting my very first e-bike .
The lady working there was super nice and kind and very knowledgable about all the bikes we were enquiring about .
She suggested we all take out one of the ebikes each, that I had been looking at, so I could see which one I liked the best .
She took us on a bike ride around the local neighbourhood and we each got to ride all 3 bikes so I could see which one I preferred .
She even took us up a hill so I could see how responsive each bike was .
We went back to the shop and I purchased my favourite one and I was able to take it home the same day .
The gentleman working there , kindly put on a water bottle cage for me and I got a new “Bend Electric Bike “ water bottle and hat too .
Such great staff and it was a pleasure doing business at this bike store .
I would give it 10/10 and recommend other people to go check out this store .

“I recently purchased a new gravel bike from Project Bike. After a fitting to establish a range of bikes that work, we settled on a few models. The shop did not have my size of bikes in stock. However, one of the employees owns a bike that fit my specs. That employee made a few adjustments to his personal bike so it would fit me better and let me take it out for a spin. A couple of days later I ordered the bike through Project Bike. They took my measurements from my fitting and built the bike to fit. After riding it a number of times, I have had it back in for a few additions. Everyone in the shop has been awesome. There is a great vibe in the shop(Kenny G live in concert on the TV for example). It does not have the feel of a stuffy bike shop. I now have taken my other bikes to them for service. I can't recommend this Project Bike enough. Lovin' my Specialized Crux”

“Shannon did a great job of helping me replace an old chainring. He went above and beyond. If you are looking for a shop to make you all warm and fuzzy you are looking for the wrong service. They are not the best communicators BUT most cyclist are introverts and that is ok. If you are patient and allow them to look into your needs I have learned that they take VERY VERY good care of the issue at hand. I have tried other shops and Web Cyclery consistently draws me back with the knowledge and availability of cycling parts.”
“My girlfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic time! I had never ridden an e-bike before. They were knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything . . . even letting us take short trial laps around their parking lot so that we understood everything. The bikes were in great shape, had front storage bags, one had a rear fender storage rack. There was even a lock in one of the storage bags if we needed it. They seem to have thought of everything. It was a very good time. I highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes.”

When we later learned the trike was not going to arrive as scheduled due to supply chain issues, beyond his control, Mark immediately refunded me my money with no problems. I am disappointed I won't be getting that trike, but I am happy that I dealt with such a stand-up guy.”

“The whole team at Sunnyside is great and they are knowledgeable and helpful. I first visited years ago when I passed through Bend on a bike tour and had some mechanical issues. They dropped everything to get me going. More recently Chris built up a new bike for me and took time to talk about the build and make sure everything was just right. Prices are reasonable and the staff is great.”
