Approach technical and they do not shy away from difficult or complicated repairs. They do everything possible to get the job done right the first time and solving problems. They communicative, reliable and very friendly. Installation, repairs, breeze, efficient, painless. Rates very competitive and they provided detailed estimate, straight forward and ready to communicate. They quickly get fridge back into optimal condition.
Roy is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He is patient and generous with his time in explaining things in a way that's easy to understand, and my sense is that he's honest and trustworthy. 10/10 would recommend.
