“Amazing customer service! I will never take my computers anywhere else. When a tune-up didn't solve the issue I was having with my MacBook Pro, I accepted the fact that I was probably going to have to buy a new laptop, even though my current one is only a few years old. But Sara wouldn't give up on it. She kept troubleshooting and problem-solving and she uncovered the issue without charging me any extra for her time and effort.
