Reviews highlight fantastic, friendly, and amazing customer service from great people, with helpful pick-up and drop-off service. While most experiences are positive, with easy and fast service, some customers noted instances where a vehicle was received dirty or with a half tank of fuel, and one mentioned a brief wait during pick-up. Scott went above and beyond helping me with a flat tire issue on my rental car from the airport location. It was not his problem, but he contacted the other location and aprised them of the matter. If I ever need a car in Bend, I will rent from his location.

Efficient and friendly service from the whole staff. I do not get this level of service at other rental agencies. Bravo Bend Enterprise staff!
