Bend Enterprise is great! The pick up and drop off service worked perfectly and was so helpful. Another example of the strong corporate mantra of excellent customer service! I will always choose Enterprise.

I reserved a vehicle with a V8 and a hitch and they “Upgraded” me to a Ram Sprinter with no hitch. Then when I say that’s not what I reserved and that’s not gonna work they were just all shoulders and said “Well we just don’t have them right now”.
Why would you let me rent that vehicle so I plan my whole day around using this vehicle for it to not be what we needed AT ALL. My whole project is on hold because I now have to find a rental company that doesn’t lie.
Rent from Penske or U-Haul if you have to but not from Enterprise they have some work to do.

Had to wait almost an hour after my pick up time because they were to lazy to clean the car when it came back to them. You can fix it by hiring people who are going to do there jobs when its time to do there job not the last second so you don't lose business I mean this is ridiculous

Absolute worst customer service ever! The manager doesn’t care she has a complete tool for an employee and doesn’t try to make it right. Do yourself a favor and go to the Redmond airport they are so nice! I will never step foot in the Bend location ever again!

Pick up, had to wait while manager answered phone, even though I was there prior to the call. Exterior of car was dirty, No problems operating vehicle with an abundance of new technology. Return no problems.

Fantastic service and Pascal Mondombo was the best. I will most definitely do business with enterprise if needed in the future .The only complaint I have is the vehicle that we received was filthy and only had a half a tank of fuel from the previous renter .

Beware: don’t make a reservation for Mondays. The website overbooks, and this office is usually understaffed on Mondays. Expect to wait more than double the time they estimate it will take. Usually more than an hour.
