I had something improperly shipped to me. Everyone here was very understanding and helpful. They worked with me and made things happen.
This was a MUCH better experience than I've had with FedEx Ground (a different company) and UPS!

Notifications of transit updates are very helpful..to include change of dates due to weather and other circumstances…Out for Delivery notifications and Time of Delivery are appreciated…packages are delivered to front door and arrive in good shape…
