Typically, understaffed. Pre-orders mean nothing, popular games such as Madden, won't even be available until a day AFTER the rest of the country has it available. Clearly, a place meant for children's trinkets and Pokemon rather than video games. Super disappointed in their employees' attitude when you are in the store.
