Purchased a defective $45 controller, and I went to return it within the 2 week return period, and was told I could “trade” it in since it’s been opened, for a value of $10, or only swap with the same exact same model— which didn’t work in the first place.

Clerk (Girl ) lied about the GPG warranty. Said if I open the PS5 game warranty was void. Thats a lie. Warranty is still good if its defective. Wont be back to Bend Gamestop again.

Worst customer service ever, did not say a single word to us and we were the only people in the store, did not answer questions and when we went to ring up were ignored as they packaged things. Get some new people hired. Walked out and did not buy anything due to the lack of customer service. What are they even getting paid to do?

The employees are so good and kind and patient, even while their machines are on the fritz (which they seem to be pretty often.) This store brings me back to the gamestops of my youth, rather than feeling like a room full of corporate fluff, the merch displays and store decorations help this location to stand out among storefronts in the area, and among game stores overall. If you want an experience that blends old classic game store energy with the fresh and choreographed layout and selection of modern locations, this is definitely it.

I went in employee Blake helped me but it didn’t help he found me a product online more expensive than In store he doesn’t sign me up and gets my email and address wrong for the Order then I call back and he answer and tells me there’s nothing he can do are you serious guy

I used to like Gamestop. I still do, but I used to, too.The company has been doing a fantastic job lately. They seem to have the best deals on games whenever I look around, and trade-in value is much more fair than it used to be.They have this updated focus of delighting customers, and it really shows. All I see is happy customers... and a lot more than there used to be.They have a lot of pretty cool threads online now. And they go on sale a fair amount. $10-20 graphic tees of your favorite games/animes/superheroes? I'm in.Not to mention, they are printed on quality fabric.Pro members have exclusive access to great deals, including computer parts. A lot of people still don't know about this... very worth. Much value.The employees seem happier and less stressed than they used to be. I like this a lot.Shoutout to my local Gamestop team. You all rock!
