I encountered several issues during my visit. First the items were priced way over MSRP.
Second, I had to wait to checkout while the employee was on the phone with another shop for 15ish mins. Last, when I gave my number the employee said I did not have an account and I could not use my discount (even tho I had it up on phone?) and made no effort to resolve the issue. Overall, very poor experience.

Terrible customer service on the phone. She was dismissive and rude. Asked if a product was available, and if not, when it would be expected back in stock and was met with one word dismissive answers with no helpful information. On principle, I would take my business elsewhere.

Slightly larger size than other gamestop. Organized. Only one employee working. Didnt acknowledge us. He did not seem like he wanted to be there so I figure if he doesnt want to be there i shouldn't want to be there either.

The borderline balding guy needs a vacation. He looks fr tired af no cap. The selection there is great for games. Pokemon cards? No.

Scammed by them. We bought two used games and they didnt give us the discs. Then when we called, they wouldn't do anything to make it right.

Purchased a defective $45 controller, and I went to return it within the 2 week return period, and was told I could “trade” it in since it’s been opened, for a value of $10, or only swap with the same exact same model— which didn’t work in the first place.

Clerk (Girl ) lied about the GPG warranty. Said if I open the PS5 game warranty was void. Thats a lie. Warranty is still good if its defective. Wont be back to Bend Gamestop again.

Worst customer service ever, did not say a single word to us and we were the only people in the store, did not answer questions and when we went to ring up were ignored as they packaged things. Get some new people hired. Walked out and did not buy anything due to the lack of customer service. What are they even getting paid to do?
