Overall I had a pretty decent experience here, but unfortunately I witnessed an employee named Alex belittling another employee. It was very unprofessional and really upset me. The employee seemed to handle it well, but there's no reason to talk to employee like that.

I ordered gap jeans online and they didn't arrive in time for my vacation, so I called 30 before they closed and asked if they had any jeans that I was looking for and they did.
