“I visited for the first time on Friday. I’m getting ready to head out on a trip and I really wanted something more comfortable to walk in. Sammy was incredible. I told her what I liked what I didn’t like. She brought me several options and my shopping companion Who was not even there to buy shoes ended up buying a pair of the ones that she showed me because they were so comfortable. I got exactly what I needed for my trip While we were waiting to be rung up, I heard another woman say I found these for $10 less online I think that’s true with anywhere but the service I got was way worth more than $10 not to mention support supporting a local store keeps that money in our community There was no pressure to buy. The service was outstanding, and there were so many options. I’m just sad. I leave for my trip with my new shoes the day their sidewalk sale starts!”

Next the owner introduced her self as Matina and I felt so welcomed, and I browsed around and I found the most exquisite items, trinklets, jewelry and modern day women apparel for gift for the women in my family, thanks Mitzy, thanks Matina for all the wonderful selections and items. Store was amazing. See you soon.”

“Such a fun little store! I don’t go in often but when I do, they always have a cute selection. The staff have always been really nice, helpful, and laidback. Sometimes I stay much longer than anticipated just chitchatting with staff. A sweet little gem downtown.”

“I never leave reviews but truly believe this store is magical. Visited Bend this weekend and came across this store, went in and was drawn to a very gorgeous necklace. With no knowledge of stone types and symbolism, I bought it. Later found out the stone is Labradorite: joy, protection, and intuition. Three elements of myself that I ascribe to the MOST. I also found a numerical 11:11 necklace, the only numerical one in the shop. 11 is an extremely powerful number in my life. I feel I was drawn into this store by a higher power (Mother Nature) and am so thankful it happened!! The woman working was so kind and beautiful and if you’re in Bend, you MUST stop to check it out!!!”

“Great department store. Great savings! I got quite a few winter clothes for both my husband and I and saved a ton when taking out a Kohls card. Saved $252.00, paid only $181.00. Not to mention the coupons for even more savings. The cashiers are most friendly and very helpful. Have always loved the savings we got at Kohls. For me it is a 21/2 hour drive to shop there, but well worth it. This store is very clean and well organized. :)”

“This store is fantastic. Great selection of hats, clothes and vintage jewelry. I bought a Stetson and a vintage turquoise bracelet. What is REALLY amazing is the customer service / Rebecca = the owner. A week after I purchased my bracelet, some stones began falling out of it. I contacted the owner, Rebecca, and asked her what to do. I also live in Portland (ie - not nearby). She graciously offered to have it repaired at no cost to me. I sent it to a shop in AZ that she recommended. The whole process of repair, as well as communication with the repair shop and Rebecca was seamless. Truly above and beyond customer service. When Im back in Bend I will definitely pay another visit to Cowboy Cash!”

“Title Nine in Bend is one of my favorite places to shop. The store is always spotless, beautifully organized, and easy to browse. The staff is genuinely welcoming every time I walk in, especially Alicia and Nancy. They consistently go above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit for whatever I need. If they don’t have my size, they happily order it without hesitation. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help every customer really stand out. I highly recommend shopping here, it’s always a great experience!”

“A nice boutique with a good selection of items. Price range offered many options. Sierra was helpful and friendly as I selected an outfit I wasn’t sure of. Clothing is nicely displayed and racks are not too full to find things and to see sizes. The store was busy so they have a strong clientele. Several people work there which gives people assistance as their selecting sizes. Best to park a couple of blocks away as it’s very congested in the shopping area.”

“I just went 8/20/26 between 2-3:30. And I wanted to give a shout out to the man working in the back dressing room/bathroom area. My twins had to use the restrooms and being girl and boy i feel very nervous about letting my boy go into men's bathrooms alone, but hes at the age where hes demanding the independance. The employee seemed to pick up on that and let me know he was the only one in there. And little things like that matter a lot to moms. My little boy is also autistic and was having mini meltdowns throughout the store and no one made me feel uncomfortable or like I was ruining their day. So thank you all for that too and I hope you guys know it was just a little guy learning how to shop and being disappointed that the badass Spiderman matching outfit was for a 4 year old size, not a 8 year old size, and not spoiled. The woman who checked us out was adorable and we love her too. Shes good at what she does.”

“Kat took exceptional care of us! She made it so easy for us to buy seven pieces of clothing for my elderly mother who does not like to shop! I love that they have petite clothing in larger sizes that are easy to don, and are in bright and youthful colors and patterns. I also appreciated the reasonable prices and soft, yet washable fabrics.”

“All the Namaspa teachers are wonderful. I love the monthly newsletters, contests/challenges they run, and their social media content. They offer a fantastic variety of class types including many power yoga classes and so many different and convenient time offerings. Most of all, I so appreciate feeling deeply connected with this yoga community while continuing my practice through streaming at home. Namaste, Namaspa Yoga!”

“I found myself with a couple of free hours, so I decided to explore the cool shops of downtown Bend. CC McKenzie was my first stop. Wow, what a cute little shop. I didn't realize they don't have any pics on Yelp yet, or I would have snapped a bunch of photos of their amazing selection of jewelry, bags, shoes, clothes, and allll sorts of fun stuff. I ended up purchasing a lovely new hobo style leather bag for myself, which was a great price and came in so many colors I had hard time choosing. They had some cute women's clothing too, but it was a bit pricey for moi. And they had tons of affordable jewelry! What put this experience over the top was the kind lady behind the counter. When I told her I'd never been to Bend before she told me allll the places to go and even showed me how to get to them. I wanted to return before I left and get another bag in a second color, but I ran out of time. Will definitely be coming here again on my next visit!”
