“Ate at the restaurant for breakfast today. The coffee was great. My meal was small. Came away hungry! I had the acai bowl it needed alittle bit more of the fruits and almond slivers and coconut. Would not order again...”

“Appreciate renovated roadside motel, kind of Schitt's Creek. Updated rooms though bathroom tiny.
Appreciate dog friendly with nice area for our girls to potty and receptacle for proper waste disposal.
Bed was comfy.
Nice Keurig for coffee.
Easy to use TV, didn't have to log into streaming service. It was lovely stop on our way back from visiting family and friends in Southern California.”

“Was impressed with a lot of things: Best complimentary breakfast, location is close to everything, rooms were big, new with full kitchen. And you didn't need to request the toaster or dishes. Heated pool and gym also a plus. Will stay here again.”

“We had a great experience staying at Element, Bend with family. Clean rooms, breakfast and location are the highlights of the hotel. Price is a bit higher side, may be due to summer season, otherwise it is affordable other times as well.”

“I absolutely love this stay here even though my mom’s car broke down on the highway and I love the hot tub and I love the shower and I love the bed and I like how the lady saved the room for us and I’m just very grateful to have this room five stars”

“This was a perfectly positioned hotel for tubing fun! Rooms and breakfast were great and we could explore the town on foot which was lovely! A good reasonably priced hotel right where you want to be and also surrounded by lots of entertainment, shopping and eating options!”

“Sleep Inn, we just wanted to give you a big shout-out for being such a fantastic spot during my travels! After a long day, I rolled in and immediately felt that cozy atmosphere wrap around me like a warm blanket.

The rooms were comfortable and just what I needed for a good night’s sleep. Plus, the friendly staff made check-in a breeze. It’s always a breath of fresh air to be greeted with enthusiasm, especially after a long journey.

And let’s talk about breakfast! Waking up to a delicious spread really set the tone for the day. I was fueled and ready to tackle whatever adventures came my way.

But the best part? The people in the area! Everyone I met was so friendly and welcoming, making my stay feel even more special.

So here’s to Sleep Inn! Thanks for being a reliable and enjoyable pit stop on my journey. I’ll definitely keep you in mind for my next trip!”

“Everything was okay. Im not sure what was “wellness” about it. Thee biggest draw for me was the year round salt pool just steps from the hotel facing the mountains and golf course but it only opened at 10am. I guess it was to control for noise but if someone is paying to stay there in the middle of the winter off-season, over a weekend that has an expensive wellness event they’re probably not a 5 year old with a trumpet.

Preventing someone to access the hot tub or pool to exercise in morning for a significant portion of their stay while billing yourself as a “wellness resort” is lame. Especially because the wellness event was in the evening before and started the same time as check in; and no, not even in the dead of winter would they guarantee a few minutes for early check-in to put your bags down and change into your clothes. It did work out that I was allowed but it would have been nice to not have to wear my yoga clothes while driving there it doesn’t help with mindfulness

The only restaurant open for at least a dozen miles was just pub food, no roasted vegetables grains or probiotics, not even a complimentary breakfast or station to gather around to get a simple hard boiled egg earlier than 8am; and no fresh coffee anywhere on the entire property (just pods). The in-room station referred to tea but provided no basket to put tea in, necessary to make tea. And no cucumber/fruit water station free or for pay anywhere. If you didn’t port your own wellness refresher drink in, you were out of luck.

I had a mushroom omelette in the morning that was flat and had more cheese on it than a pizza. Without expressing any interest, the waiter over explained how to use the account line on the recipet to charge to the room which was a weird explanation to volunteer but Im also not sure where he thought I ate the evening before.

The ONE wood dry spa, isnt open to walk in at your leisure, people have to reserve it for a full hour who then like a normal person use it only for like 5 minutes, leaving most people attending the event out of luck even though it sits 4 and mostly stays empty between actual use. It would be nice to have a combination of times where you can just walk in AND blocked for reservations; at least during the winter.

Spa was just a spa, you have to book several days in advance. There’s no one standing by for the event, no special services relating to wellness. Each are full 1 hour treatments; and again all start at 10am—an hour before check out but last treatment also ends before the wellness program that you cant check in prior to; so I ended up not using it at all (who does?). I live close so I might use it as a one-off but definitely not as a overnight guest.

I gave a high rating because it would be nice in the summer for at least two nights and it looks good for families but as of winter of 2026 I do suggest working on the “wellness” part. (And turning the observation tower decor into an actual observation tower)”

“Stayed for one night as we travelled through Oregon. Such a breath of fresh air! This hotel is only four years old so everything is in great shape. Our room had a full fridge, dishwasher and microwave. It even a curtain to separate the pull out couch area from the king bed so two couples might be able to have a tad bit of privacy. We loved their black out shades that were on tracks which made the room WAY darker. The bathroom was big with plenty of counter space and even some drawers. Best part was the AC unit could be controlled accurately and was very quiet compared to other hotels of this caliber we’ve been staying at. Yeah! I had a good nights sleep for a change. Towels, sheets, water pressure and eco-friendly bath products were great. The morning breakfast was well stocked and had two different kinds of waffles to make, a yogurt dispenser, cereals and breads, turkey bacon and sausage patties to make eggs sandwiches if you wanted. Coffee was good. Had almond milk in addition to regular and juices. The only thing is that it’s not within walking to downtown/old mill but it was such a nice place I’d do it again. Sleep is super important to me. ?

A hike on Pilot Butte that’s a mile away was AMAZING! The views of all those mountain peaks aren’t to be missed! Hike for exercise or just drive up!”

“For a small, independent budget place, its pretty nice. The room is clean and homey, with a few pieces of art for a unique touch. The stuff is old and a little worn but in good condition. The TV, fridge, and coffee maker are all new and clean entry level models. Fridge even has a small freezer. The bed is serviceable, firm but not a sheet of plywood. The desk guy was friendly and courteous. I came for a concert and the venue, Hayden homes amphitheater, is only a half hour walk away. If you're a snobby business traveler that is using a bunch of points you may turn your nose up. If you're casually sliding through town on a budget but you still want a nice, clean, fresh room, this is the place. Lots of reviews for similar places pick it apart, if you see that type its someone who should have gone up the street for 2x-3x the price.”

“Great place to stay in Bend for the money. The hotel is clean and well run. The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Mill District. We walked to the concerts at the nearby amphitheater. We also walked our dog on the river walk paths near the hotel. The hotel was a great base camp for our Bend adventures. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Josh the General Manager is very professional and took great care of us as well.”

Quiet. Yet the Roar of the river is loud and beautiful.

“This is a family business school integrity and compassionate caring for the appearance of their properties and the people in the community they went out of their way to help me when I just asked a few simple questions one morning when I saw them out cleaning the sidewalk which is not even their job to do.”

“The room TV is on a stand not mounted to the wall. My feet were in the way of watching TV while laying on the bed.
Our toilet spit back at you when flushed.

Warmest hotel pool ever and pool room was not humid. Very comfortable. With a private outdoor deck. Pool was a good size for my children to play in, …Their favorite. Since the pool water was so warm, the hot tub didn’t seem as warm, and the pool didn’t cool me off once I got out of the hot tub.

Continental breakfast was the bare minimum, but enough not to worry. Yet they offered 3 flavors of creamers. They had Hazel Nut and French Vanilla with the half-n-half. Hotel coffee is how I start my day.
Oh interesting fact about the pancake maker. I watched people walk up and do a double push the start button, placing more pancakes in the queue then they intended. There is a screen on the face that indicates how many pancakes you ordered.

Hotel location was very centrally located for my trip plans.”

“Amazing!!! First off, the grounds are BEAUTIFUL and very clean. We got a room right by the creek and it was so beautiful. Then, YOU CAN BRING YOUR DOGS! That was SUCH a bonus! Plus, there are two pools!!! One inside and one outside, and the inside pool was BEAUTIFUL, and very warm! My family had the whole pool to ourselves and we swam all day. The roof is partially opened to the sky and the best part was swimming inside and enjoying a light, summer rain. We really can't recommend this place enough and decided to visit Bend more just to go here and enjoy the pool. I 1,000% recommend it, especially for families. You won't be disappointed.”
