Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean but a little run down and there was a fair amount of noise from upstairs. Overall I am satisfied. I've seen worse rooms in Bend but this was the best price. And the app was handy.

Big room. Clean. But no coffee pot in the room. Seriously? And I asked for a retired military discount but still paid, with taxes, $250 for 2 nights. That's not a discount...
