“After calling around to every bed store in town to see if they had high quality mattress toppers, I finally found one at Cascade Mattress. The salesperson Kristi was kind enough to stay late so I could come after work and test out a few options. I wound up getting a Bear Pro and oh my god its amazing. I literally feel like im laying down in zero gravity, I have no pressure points when I lay flat. Its such a vast improvement over my previous situation, im so happy I called and got Kristi on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and helped me make a sound decision for my needs and my budget. I also scored a bed in a bag that was on sale for $50 down from $120 that had a high quality duvet insert, sheets and down alternative pillows that are like little clouds. Game changer! Im so happy I wound up going here. When im ready for a new bed this will be my first stop.”

“Their blueberry vanilla muffins are the bees knees. I dont talk to anyone so cant say the service is bad but I have no experience in it so I cant say its a 5 star. They do always smile and there is always plenty of options for goodies. Atmosphere is getting 4 cause I dont like people or crowds. I seem to be always dodging people.”

“Are you kidding me? Who doesn't love Costco?! We have a love hate relationship. I love going there and hate looking at my visa statement at the end of the month! Haha! Their return policy is better than no other, the quality of items they carry is guaranteed. Pricing is generally the best for what you buy. You can always get help by asking an employee at the front for assistance. I kinda like the self checkout lane if only have a few items, otherwise it's worth the wait for a checker. I will go to Costco forever until the end of the”

“Exactly what you would expect from Costco...
I dropped my wife car in for a new set of tires. Firstly as you would expect the price was the best of anyone around especially considering the aftercare you continue to receive for the life of the tire.
Front desk was polite and informative, the tech that spoke with me after the installation was competent and professional.
As a mechanic myself I'm hesitant when I have others work on our cars but as I walked past the bay where my car was being worked on the technician was cleaning the mating surface with a wire brush where there was the typical rust build up on the disc occurs and then a further cleaning to finish. The wheels they worked on have a polished black finish and apart from a little bit of soap from installation they were not scratched or marked.
Once I got home I checked the lug nuts to see if they had been put on with a gun and over torqued, nope, they were set to manufacture specs.
I really wish Costco offered alignment services in house, maybe one day.

“We just stopped in to check out California King mattresses and were greeted by Samantha. We briefly explained what we needed to her. She was professional, courteous and helpful to our needs. After showing and explaining your products and costs we decided that Mattress Firm had exactly what we needed for our Sunriver rental. We left completely satisfied only to discover that our property manager only furnished king mattress bedding. We came back the next day, Samantha’s day off. Angie handled our situation with grace and kindness. Our purchase was converted to a standard King and everything was in good order. We left within a short time with everything in order.
