“Excellent experience! My wife and I were expecting our first child so we turned the guest room into the baby's room. This meant we had to get creative as the only other option was our office! Just by chance I ran across Wallbed factories website and it was in my hometown. I contacted them and shortly after Ted the owner called me. I discussed my needs and situation and he offered to come to my house to evaluate the area. I am sure this is not a normal occurrence as most of their beds are shipped to homeowners and builders. After Ted evaluated the area and gave me some prices he realized he had a show room model that would match some of the other Decour in my house. With only two weeks before the birth of our child Ted help me install the bed which only took about an hour and change.”
“A very cool store. I am new to the area and was looking for living room chair. I stopped by Furnish and saw one that I liked. The chair / color I wanted needed to be ordered with 2022 delivery. I was called a couple days later telling me that my chair/color could be delivered sooner if I would go with black instead of chrome base. I actually liked the black base better so I agreed. 3 weeks after store visit my chair was delivered at the time I was told to expect the delivery. ???? to Furnish!”

“We used cascade design center for the interior decoration of our new home. We specifically worked with Leah. I felt she did a wonderful job and was very easy to work with. We were a bit indecisive and made several changes. She was very accommodating non-judge mental and was willing to work with us. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. Just don't judge a book by its cover people are way too fast to do that. I would highly suggest using cascade design center as they have incredible experience and do a wonderful job and get you to the right contractor Who will do superb work.”

“This is where you go for the small town personal care you used to expect in Central Oregon. From sales, to the office, to the delivery team, everyone we dealt with was very friendly and really took customer service seriously. No pushy, commission-driven salesmen, just honest, knowledgeable people who want you to sleep well. When issues completely out of their control arose, they were accommodating and generous. Based on research and previous mattress experience, I narrowed down my choices to only a couple mattresses that I wanted to try. Bob actually listened to what I had to say and showed me the ones I wanted and then directed me to a couple other choices that would honestly suit me. He gave me space to figure things out and didn't push a sale. When I came back to order the mattress Cody took the order and was honest and friendly Due to Covid-19 the manufacturer was behind. We were made aware of this from the beginning and completely understood, so we were patient. Again, the manufacturer pushed delivery out, this time indefinitely and the store went above and beyond to accommodate us and gave us a mattress that was comparable but even better quality. The delivery team (which included Cody again) were on time and professional. They were careful, wore PPE the entire time and took away an extra mattress we had and didn't want, just to be nice.”
